MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS
Measurements MUST be taken using these instructions. All measurements must be given, no matter what style you are ordering. This directions should help you measure appropriately`so your custom design will fit perfectly. Please complete the form at the bottom. if you are performing a particular part in a production, please specify.
Contract and Order form I do offer rush orders and I can have dresses out in as little as one week if my schedule allows for it. There is a rush fee of $100 and this fee does not include the shipping fee. ***Very Important*** Once we have agreed on a date, I will need your photos and all the information on your order form filled out. Be sure to include color, style, cut, pageant or performance or any specific design details which will be included in your file. Color Selection Color is everything and I am very good with color, but I can only guarantee a color if you send me something that I can physically match. You may send your own material, but no discounts will be given. Balance Due Your final balance plus shipping is due the week before your item is scheduled to be finished. If you are not paid in full at this point it will delay completion of your garment. You will have 7 days once your garment is received to notify me of any changes that will need to be made and to have it back in the mail. Measurements PLEASE take time to make sure your measurements are accurate. If you need help or are unsure please ask. When you fill out the measurement chart please contact me to confirm that I have received it and please retain a copy for yourself. All dresses and dance attire are one of a kind, built only for you. I offer medium glitz, high glitz and "mega glitz” pageant dresses for those rhinestone lovers, If you would like to sketch your ideas, or discuss specific designs, I am happy to work with you! If you have anything specific that you would like to have incorporated into the dress, please let me know. Photos of dresses do help interpret what you want to see on the dress, but I am unable to copy another designers' dress exactly. This will ensure that you are getting a custom, “one of a kind” design perfectly suited to your personality.
Scheduling
When I receive your deposit, you will be given an exact delivery date. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all orders and allow time for any adjustments that may need to be made once you receive the final product.
Rush Orders
Ordering and Deposits
The deposit to start your dress is $200 and payment arrangements can be made for the remaining balance. Please be aware that I am flexible on the payment arrangements, but once set, they MUST be kept or your delivery date will be pushed back. Deposits are non-refundable and if you choose to cancel your order, you will forfeit your deposit and all funds sent in. When your deposit is received you will be given a shipping date. I will do my best to make sure that these dates are kept. I also cannot accept returns AFTER your scheduled event.
Methods of Payment
I accept Paypal, and also if you chose an item from the "Store" tab, you will be taken through a check out process where credit cards are accepted.
If you chose to use Paypal there is a 4% fee which will be added to the price of your item before tax and shipping.
I also accept other methods of payments (i.e. money orders and cashier checks) Personal Checks are accepted, however work cannot begin until the payment clears.
Changes to Design
You are allowed to make changes, such as the style and color of your garment, but only if supplies have not been purchased yet, and if work has not yet begun on the dress. Once you order a particular garment and have been given a spot in the book you will not be allowed to change the type of garment ordered.
